In order to take the South Carolina Residential Business law exam and the South Carolina Residential Builders exam, you must first submit a license application to the South Carolina Residential Home Builders Commission. Contractor Training Center can assist you in submitting your SC Residential home builders application properly the first time with our application processing services. After you have received approval on your application you will schedule and take your exam with PSI testing services.
