Thanks for your interest in our contractor book buy-back program! We purchase most book bundles that are current, usable editions. They can not have any writing on or in them whatsoever. (Tabbed, highlighted, and/or underlined books are acceptable.)
If you want to sell a complete book bundle of books to us that are current, usable editions in good condition, we will issue you an e-gift card for 30% of the retail price of the books, less any shipping charges. If one or more of the books is not the current and usable version, we will deduct the value of that book from the payment issued for the book bundle.
We reserve the right to refuse books that contain odors (such as smoke or animals) or are not in good condition.
Buy-backs are issued via an electronic gift card of your choosing from select vendors (ie Amazon, Home Depot, etc). The payment will be issued once we receive your books, and you will be notified by email with a link to the gift card. We are not able to refund your credit card used to place the order, as we use a separate system to purchase and accept used book inventory from our website's payment processing system. For a refund to be issued to your card, your books must be classified as a return; please refer to our return policy for more details. We apologize for any inconvenience.
