The two books you need for the Virginia Class A exam are NASCLA Contractors Guide to Business Law and Project Management, Virginia 9th edition, and Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code, 2018 Edition (USBC). The NASCLA Business and Project Management for Contractors reference contains all of the information needed for responding to the questions on the General and Advanced portions of the Contractor examination, and, along with the Virginia Uniform State Building Code, all of the information needed for the Virginia portion of the examination.
