The three-part Virginia Class A/B Business Law exam is open-book. Virginia Class B contractor license applicants are required to take and pass the 'Virginia' and 'General' exams. Class A license applicants are required to take and pass the 'Virginia,' 'General,' and 'Advanced' exams. More details on the A/B exams are linked here.
