We offer everything you need to prepare for the Law and Business Management Exam, required for all Mississippi Contractor Applicants.

To prepare for the Law and Business Management Exam, you will need books and tabs as well as our exam prep course. We also give the option to purchase pre-tabbed and highlighted books, saving you valuable hours of highlighting the information within the books yourself.

The Mississippi Law and Business Management examination is mandatory for all contractors in MS applying for commercial or residential licenses. Trade exams are required also unless there is not an exam required for that specialty trade or the trade exam is waived through reciprocity.

Applicants must apply to the state prior to registering with PSI for an examination. Eligibility for examination is determined by the Mississippi Contractor Licensing Board.

All Mississippi contractor applicants are still required to meet other state licensing regulations in order to obtain a contracting license in Mississippi.
