I have over 20 years in the electrical field, working as a Master Electrician for some of the largest companies worldwide, primarily in industrial and commercial sectors. I’ve also taught the National Electrical Code at the college level. From 2015 to 2021, I owned an electrical engineering firm, designing and upgrading machinery for clients like Denver University and Nucor Steel. With extensive knowledge across electrical systems, I recently transitioned to Building Inspection and Plans Examination, now leading the electrical inspections department at South Middleton Township as a Building Inspector.

I am an accomplished contracting professional with over ten years of experience, specializing in management and development. Throughout my career, I’ve contributed significantly to the industry, working with organizations like the Association of Construction Industry Certified Professionals and Doty Enterprises. Currently, as the Director of Course Development at Contractor Training Center, I lead the creation of technical courses for contractor tradespeople, collaborating closely with our team to launch new, industry-relevant programs. Additionally, as a certified residential contractor in Florida, I bring hands-on expertise to my role, ensuring our curriculum reflects real-world demands and equips our students with practical skills for success.

With over a decade in commercial and industrial electrical construction, I have expertise in power distribution, process controls, life safety, and technology systems. I have a track record of successful bids across sectors like food and beverage, automotive, data processing, air traffic, distilleries, and steel manufacturing, with contracts up to $300 million. Additionally, I bring nearly five years of teaching experience, instructing over 40 students in theory, code, hands-on applications, and management in both state-approved apprenticeships and collegiate programs, both online and in-person.

I have a solid background in home improvement and construction, bringing hands-on experience and industry knowledge to my role. For over eight years, I've been a trainer with CTC, specializing in NASCLA materials and exams. Through my guidance, thousands of contractors have successfully obtained their residential, commercial, highway, and other licenses across multiple states. My goal is to make complex information accessible and ensure my students are fully prepared for every step of their licensing process.

Since 2018, I’ve been a Certified Mold Services Remediator, Assessor, and Home Inspector in Florida. With over 35 years in disaster recovery and mold services, I bring both field and consulting expertise. My experience includes project management for remediators, subcontractors, and construction consultants on structural renovations and compliance testing. I provide comprehensive client support, covering safety and respiratory training, administrative processes, and record-keeping. My construction education includes Florida Certified Residential Contractor training, Financial Responsibility, EPA Lead Certification, and specialized courses like Sealed Cladding Systems for Stucco.
