The Arizona B-1 Examination is an open-book exam. Candidates have 240 minutes to complete the 100-question exam. A minimum score of 70% (70 correct questions) is required to pass. Note: AZ applicants applying for the B-1 or B-2 General Commercial licenses have a choice of trade exams. They can elect to take either the NASCLA Accredited Examination for Commercial General Building Contractors or the AZ ROC General Commercial exam. There are differences in these exams.
