A Tennessee BC Combined Residential/Commercial/Industrial Contractor is authorized to bid on and contract for the construction, erection, alteration, repair or demolition of any building or structure for use and occupancy by the public, including residential construction.

License holders are also authorized to bid on the construction of industrial structures such as manufacturing plants. All electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work above $25,000 are excluded.

To obtain your Tennessee BC Combined Residential/Commercial/Industrial Contractor License you must:
