This class will prepare you to take the National Standard Building Contractor "C" exam, also called the ICC W13 exam. Building contractor C is licensed to construct, remodel, or repair residential buildings not exceeding two stories with this license. We cover all the material that you are allowed to bring into the exam: 2012 International Residental Code, 2015 ICC Concrete Manual.
