We offer everything you need to prepare for the South Carolina Business Management and Law Exam, required for all South Carolina Residential Builders Commission license applicants.

To prepare for the South Carolina Business Law Exam, you will need the required reference manual and tabs as well as our exam prep course. The South Carolina Residential Contractor Business Management and Law Exam is required for any Residential Builder or Residential HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical license applicant.

Applicants must apply to the state prior to registering with PSI for an examination. Once you are approved, you will receive an Examination Eligibility letter. Examination Eligibility is valid for 1 year and you are allowed 3 attempts to pass the examination within a 12-month period.
