Georgia Contractor Continuing Education 3-Hour Online Course: Warranties, Liens, and Ethics
In Georgia, Residential Basic and Residential Light Commercial Contractors are required to complete Continuing Education (CE) on an annual basis. This online 3-hour course offers 3 Hours of required CE credits for contractor renewals. Up to 50% of CE credits may be completed as online courses.
This course has been created to help contractors understand the elements of construction warranties, explain the procedures to ensure lien rights including proper noticing and filing requirements, and will give an overview of how and why you should operate your business ethically.

Continuing Education Course:
This online, pre-recorded course can be completed at your own time and pace. This course is three hours long and offers three hours of CE credit, covering the topics of Warranties, Liens, and Ethics.
