The National NASCLA exam is currently accepted in 16 States: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia & the Virgin Islands.

The NASCLA exam is an open-book exam.  PSI will allow you to bring up to 23 approved reference manuals into the exam.  We have determined that these 20 books contain all of the material that is covered on the exam.  

Books can be highlighted and/or underlined but not written in. You may also attach tabs to mark important sections of the book, but only using tabs with permanent adhesive. Tabs for the NASCLA Exam are sold separately and can be purchased here.
