How do I join CTC Pro Perks?

It’s easy—and free! If you already have a CTC account, you’re automatically enrolled. If not, create an account today and start earning.

How do I earn points and redeem rewards? 

You’ll earn 1 point for every dollar spent on CTC purchases, plus points for certain activities. Most points appear in your Pro Perks account right away, while points from reviews or testimonials may take up to 7 business days.

As you reach point milestones, you’ll unlock coupons that show up in your Pro Perks account. Simply apply these coupons at checkout for instant savings.

Can I combine rewards with other promotions? 

Pro Perks rewards can be used alongside CTC promotional discounts. However, only one Pro Perks coupon may be redeemed per transaction.

Can I use rewards on past orders or transfer them to someone else?

No, rewards must be applied during checkout and can’t be used on previous orders. Points and rewards are non-transferable.

Do my points expire or change if my order is canceled?

Your points never expire. However, points earned from canceled or refunded orders will be deducted from your balance.
