This course explains to contractors the different types of bidding requirements that jobs can be subject to, explains multiple methods for performing estimates and useful guides that can assist in the estimating process, and provides some basic management principles that can be employed to increase productivity and reduce lost time and material waste. This 3-hour course is delivered in a pre-recorded video format and includes quiz questions periodically throughout the course to ensure active participation and incorporate interactive elements into the course.
