This course is geared towards contractors who want to make sure that their contracts are covering all potential areas of exposure and will provide students with some insight into many types of contract clauses and exclusions. Focus will also be given to how contractors manage onsite operations of a project, vendors & subcontractors, and delegating responsibilities to the proper individual. This 3-hour course is delivered in a pre-recorded video format and includes quiz questions periodically throughout the course to ensure active participation and incorporate interactive elements into the course.
