Georgia Contractor Continuing Education 3-Hour Online Course: Contracts and Jobsite Management
In Georgia, Residential Basic and Residential Light Commercial Contractors are required to complete Continuing Education (CE) on an annual basis. This online 3-hour course offers 3 Hours of required CE credits for contractor renewals. Up to 50% of CE credits can be earned through online courses. (At least 50% of CE credits are required to be live courses)
This course is geared towards contractors who want to make sure that their contracts are covering all potential areas of exposure and will provide students with some insight into many types of contract clauses and exclusions. The focus will also be given to how contractors manage onsite operations of a project, vendors & subcontractors, and delegating responsibilities to the proper individual.
