Georgia Contractor Continuing Education 3-Hour Online Course: Building Codes, Erosion, and Sediment Control
In Georgia, Residential Basic and Residential Light Commercial Contractors are required to complete Continuing Education (CE) on an annual basis. This online 3-hour course offers 3 Hours of required CE credits for contractor renewals. Up to 50% of CE credits may be completed as online courses.
This survey course will provide contractors with a brief understanding of recent updates and changes to the building codes that are most encountered in the industry. Additional topics include Local & federal erosion & sediment control programs, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and requirements for underground utilities.

Continuing Education Course:
This online, pre-recorded course can be completed at your own time and pace. This course is three hours long and offers three hours of CE credit, covering the topics of Building Codes, Erosion, and Sediment Control.

Class Days and Times:
This 3-hour course is delivered in a pre-recorded online presentation and allows you to work through course content at your own pace.
Please note completion will not be reported to the Board until you complete the course in full.
