In Georgia, Residential Basic and Residential Light Commercial Contractors are required to complete Continuing Education (CE) on an annual basis. This live-streamed 3-hour course offers 3 Live Hours of required CE credits for contractor renewals.
This course explains to contractors a brief understanding of recent updates and changes to the building codes that are most encountered in the industry. Additional topics include Local & federal erosion & sediment control programs, stormwater pollution prevention plans and requirements for underground utilities.
