New Mexico Business Law Exam Prep Services & Materials

We offer everything you need to prepare for the New Mexico Contractor Business Law Exam, required for all New Mexico Contractor license applicants.

To prepare for the New Mexico Business Law Exam, you will need the required reference manual and tabs as well as our exam prep course. We also give the option to purchase a pre-tabbed and highlighted reference manual, saving you valuable hours of highlighting the information within the book yourself.

The New Mexico Contractor Business Law Exam is required for any Contractor license applicant.

In order to schedule an examination, you must be pre-approved. Once you receive your approval, you will be responsible for contacting PSI to schedule an appointment to take an examination and make examination payment arrangements. The examination fee is valid for 1 year from the date PSI receives the fee.

Note: In addition to the trade-specific examination(s) you must either pass the Business and Law offered by PSI or take an "approved" Business and Law Course.
