This course provides contractors with valuable information for handling customers and scheduling, as well as managing employees and ensuring that all required employee forms are completed and kept or filed as required by local, state, or federal law. Discussion regarding labor laws, including discrimination and child labor laws will also be covered. This 3-hour course is delivered in a pre-recorded video format and includes quiz questions periodically throughout the course to ensure active participation and incorporate interactive elements into the course.
