Virginia Masonry Contracting (BRK) Exam Prep Course
A Virginia Masonry (BRK) Contractor license allows licensees to perform the installation of brick, concrete block, stone, marble, slate or other units and products common to the masonry industry, including mortarless type masonry products. This includes installation of grout, caulking, tuckpointing, sandblasting, mortar washing, parging, and cleaning and welding of reinforcement steel related to masonry construction. The CBC and RBC classifications, as well as the HIC and CIC specialties, also provide for this function.

Exam Prep Class:
This course will prepare you for the Virginia BRK exam at PSI. The online learning content included with all course purchases includes videos on exam-taking strategies, book highlighting guides, practice quizzes by book and by subject area, and an exam simulator mirroring the layout, content, and features of the actual exam at PSI.

The exam at PSI is open book. You may bring the approved references into the exam, and reference manuals may be tabbed and highlighted.

Additional Courses
All Virginia Contractor Applicants are still required to meet other state licensing regulations in order to obtain a license. This includes taking a mandatory 8-Hour Pre-License Course before applying for licensure as well as submitting a license application.
