Additional Courses
All Maryland contractor applicants are still required to meet other state licensing regulations to obtain a license in Maryland.
Note: the Maryland Home Improvement Contractor Exam requires pre-approval from the MHIC. This course does not provide pre-approval to take the exam. You can see more, including the form to apply, in the PSI Candidate Information Bullletin here.
These requirements include submitting a license application to the State of Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and, Regulation.
