This is a 2-part experience:

4-Day Intensive 

Day 1: AI-Powered Estimating Foundations (7 hours)

Day 2: Sitework & Structural Estimating with AI (7 hours) 

• Excavation and grading takeoffs using AI-powered calculations 
• Foundation systems (slab, crawl space, basement) quantity extraction 
• Concrete, formwork, and reinforcement estimating 
• Structural shell and framing with automated material lists 
• Exterior finishes and envelope systems 

You'll leave with: Complete AI workflows for below-grade and structural shell estimating with validation techniques to ensure accuracy. 

Day 3: Interior Systems & Finish Estimating (7 hours) 

• Interior framing and partition systems 
• MEP rough-in quantity takeoffs 
• Finish materials: drywall, flooring, paint, trim, cabinetry

• Roof covering measurements (slope-adjusted)

Private Consulting Sessions

We'll work together to:

• Address any ongoing challenges or edge cases 
• Expand AI use to additional areas (marketing, client communication, project management) 
• Set up quality control systems and validation procedures

What if I've never used AI before? 

Perfect—we assume zero AI experience. We start with the absolute basics and build from there. If you can send a text or email, you can use generative AI. 

Do I need special software or equipment? 

Just a computer with internet access. We'll use free AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini) and show you optional low-cost upgrades. No expensive software required. 

What if I can't attend all sessions live?

 All sessions are recorded with 1-year access. However, we strongly encourage live attendance for hands-on practice, real-time Q&A, and peer learning. 

Can I bring my own projects? 

Absolutely! We'll work with standardized examples for group instruction, but you're encouraged to apply the techniques to your own plans and projects. 

Will this work for my project types? 

Yes. Whether you do residential, commercial, renovation, or specialty work, the AI principles and workflows apply across all construction types. 

Is this approved for continuing education credit?

 Continuing education approval varies by state and license type. Contact us with your specific requirements. 

Can I upgrade to the Business Implementation Package later? 

Yes, you can upgrade to the Certificate + Implementation Package within 30 days of completing your certificate program by paying the difference. 

What happens after the 30 days? 

You'll have everything you need to implement AI estimating in your business. You'll also have 1-year access to recordings and templates. 

Private Consulting Sessions 

How are consulting sessions scheduled? 

After you complete the 4-day intensive, you'll receive a scheduling link to book your three sessions at times that work for you (within the 12-week window). 

What if I don't have a project ready for Session 2?

 No problem. We can use a recent project you've already estimated (to compare AI vs. manual methods) or work with sample plans similar to your typical projects.
